The damage was repaired and ready for cabinet installation. We did save the cabinets and all materials from the damage so he could replace them per the original design. Joe is hardworking, efficient, a creative problem solver and knows the IKEA product very well. We had an older model (Akurum) cabinet design which is no longer available. We had one pantry cabinet box that did get water damaged and Joe created a custom replacement for it that fit perfectly. Joe communicated very well with us on the project to coordinate timing, cost estimates, materials and any issues that came up. Overall great job and a great guy to work with. Joe was communicative and gave me great pricing and we agreed on a schedule. He is very detailed oriented and he is organized and thorough. He knows IKEA cabinets (old and new, inside & out) It took a reschedule and over a year to get my cabinets delivered and installed.He communicated everything and he is a contractor! BONUS!! Most important, he is a great guy and he is reasonable.I could not believe how much the install was from IKEA and Joe's estimate came in way under.He has been doing this for over 10 yrs.He can troubleshoot on the spot and is meticulous with measurements.This is not my thing so he opened my eyes and was so helpful to many details that are not obvious in the design when you start. He runs a tight ship and keeps it to a strict Mon. thru Fri. to install but will work with you and he was very patient when my handles trickled in weeks later.Do not hesitate to call him...he is awesomePosted onVerified It is easy to give Joe 5 stars on the job of resurfacing our IKEA cabinets. Our order was delayed by a couple months and every time I reached out to Joe he returned my email promptly. The day of the project and for the entire job, Joe was on time, and clearly knew what he was doing! He estimated it to be a 2 day job and finished 1/2 day early! Anytime there was a decision to be made he was thoughtful and steered us on the right path. It was so refreshing to work with someone who was kind, thoughtful, honest and just got the job done. I would recommend Joe 100 times over.
